This was a stopover but turned out to be fabulous. Have stayed in many 4&5 star places. This was fine as a 4 star self-catering apartment. Very well laid out accommodation. Enough space for 2 adults and 2 children in a 2 bed mini- maisonette. We had a direct view onto Lake Annecy - wondrous - and a 30 second stroll from our room to the lakeside. Watersports centre on site so my son had a wakeboarding lesson, which he loved. There's a chic restaurant/bar next door, independent of the hotel but they work symbiotically. Quite expensive, but fine for a sophisticated drink. There are lots of restaurants nearby more reasonably priced, although I didn't see any with the same standard of food. We spent a delightful 2 days, would definitely recommend it.

It is lovly by all means
They only clean toilets and make beds .they do not clean kitckenet or living room and you have to keep the kitchenet clean otherwise they charge you

The 3 bedroom appartment was very spacious and had all facilities to accommodate 5 people comfortably. While it is a little bit outside Annecy it was in a beautiful location. The views from the appartment were fabulous. The staff were friendly and everything was clean and prepared when we arrived. We had a very enjoyable weekend there.

Quiet location with gorgeous views. Restaurant and bar very convenient.
The private beach was tiny. The room labeling a bit misleading - our studio was a pull out couch, no bed.

Has a nice private beach. The staff were helpful.
As is typical in France (or Annecy area), the price is high compared to the expectations. No wifi in the room.
